Is there a minimum or maximum stay duration?
We cater to both short-term and long-term stays. Whether you're staying for a few nights or several months, we can accommodate your needs. For long-term stays, feel free to contact us to discuss any special requirements and potential discounts.

Are pets allowed in your properties?
Our pet policy varies depending on the property. Please reach out to us before booking, and we’ll be happy to let you know if your chosen accommodation is pet-friendly. You should also be able to find this infomation in the description of the property if you are using an online booking service.
What happens if something breaks or needs maintenance?

If anything in the property requires repair or maintenance during your stay, simply reach out to us, and we’ll arrange for it to be fixed as soon as possible with minimal disruption to you. However, if the damage is found to be the result of misuse or recklessness. we may need to deduct all or a portion of your deposit to cover the repair costs. We will always keep you informed throughout the process to ensure everything is handled fairly.
